Counselling

I am a trauma-informed psychologist dedicated to supporting young people and adults through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-injury, and neurodivergence. I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my methods to best suit the individual needs of each client. With a focus on creating a safe, compassionate space, I help clients navigate their struggles, build resilience, and find pathways toward healing, acceptance and growth.

I offer walk and talk services around Frankston and Mornington (Vic) and Telehealth services Australia wide.

Assessment

I am a neuroaffirming psychologist with a keen interest in ADHD and Autism assessments for both teenagers and adults. With a focus on understanding your unique experiences, I partner with clients to explore their strengths and needs, providing insights that promote meaningful support and accommodations. My approach centers on empowering clients through a compassionate, strengths-based lens, helping them navigate their neurodivergence with confidence and understanding.

About me

As a registered psychologist, I am passionate about working with both young people and adults, with previous experience working in drug and alcohol rehabilitation and youth mental health. My approach is warm, supportive, and trauma-informed, adjusting to the unique needs and concerns of each client. I draw on a variety of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioural therapy and somatic therapy, to help promote stress reduction and strengthen the connection between mind and body

Fees

Appointment fees are $190 per 50 minute session. Adult assessments start at $1,200. For a transparent quote tailored to your assessment needs, please contact me.

I also offer discounted assessments for individuals experiencing financial hardship, as well as for health care card holders and those receiving disability pensions. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss further

I am also accepting NDIS and DVA clients

REBATES:

Under the Better Access Medicare scheme, rebates are available for up to 10 psychology sessions with a current Mental Health Care Plan (currently $96.65). Rebates may be available from your private health insurer.
